Friends, greetings in Jesus Name! Today I will be sharing with on what I title, “Your Set Time Has Come”. The Bible declares in Obadiah 1:17, “But on Mount Zion there shall be deliverance, and there shall be holiness; the house of Jacob shall possess their possessions.” Really, the church is about to experience a new wave of unprecedented blessings of God in these last days. When I say the church – I mean you – the righteous in Christ Jesus. Indeed, what hitherto has blocked or choked your breakthrough from breaking forth has no choice but to give way now. Oh yes, it’s your time and season to possess your possession. It’s favor time! Psalm 102:13 says, “The Lord will arise and have mercy on Zion; for the time to favor her, yes, the set time, has come.” Some may say times are hard – there is recession or famine in the land – how can this possibly happen with everything crying contrary. Well, it depends on the side you choose to focus on. The question is: “Whose report do you believe” (Isaiah 53:1). When God says it’s your set time to be blessed – it is irrevocable – nothing can change it except you. We saw this happened when Elisha pronounced a set time of blessing to the children of Israel. Unfortunately, one officer of the King refuted Elisha’s word saying, “Look, if the LORD would make windows in heaven, could this thing be?” You know what? He saw the prophesy fulfilled, but never partook of it. What happened? He died instantly (2 Kings 7:1-20).

What is Set Time? It is a designated time or an assigned period set aside to do something or accomplish a goal. Set time is God’s appointed time to arise in your favor to meet you at your very point of need. Hallelujah! The set time of God’s favour awaits everyone, but still not for everybody. Why? It is for only those who key into it. God cannot enforce his blessing and favour upon anyone who has no regard or value for it. You see, the Almighty God made man just like Himself (1 John 4:17, Genesis 1:26), with the ability to make choices and decisions (Deut. 30:19). Man has the choice to honour or dishonor God; respect or disrespect God; and so on. All these result from man’s ability to make personal choices in life. The angels of God do not have such privilege. They do as they are told – no options – just simply obey. One thing is certain, God cannot force man to obey Him, and neither can man be blessed by God without obedience. Job 36:11 says, “If they obey and serve Him, they shall spend their days in prosperity, and their years in pleasure”. But Isaiah 1:20 declares, “If you refuse and rebel, you shall be devoured by the sword; For the mouth of the LORD has spoken.”

Now, for the believer who has been waiting on God – expecting a miracle – but it seems all hell is let loose against you; the Lord is saying, get ready for your set time of favour is now. No more delay of your blessings. So, weep no more, mourn no more, but rejoice in God’s presence for His salvation has come (Luke 19:9-10). Yes, joblessness is over; sickness is over; barrenness is over; and poverty is over in your life. When? Now! God is set to come down for your sake.” And the LORD said: I have surely seen the oppression of My people who are in Egypt, and have heard their cry because of their taskmasters, for I know their sorrows. So, I have come down to deliver them out of the hand of the Egyptians, and to bring them up from that land to a good and large land, to a land flowing with milk and honey” (Exodus 3:7-8). Beloved, God is set to do a mind-blowing thing in your life beginning today. It has started. Personally, I got a glimpse of it this past weekend, and I can see many still loading. Just position yourself, and align with the Almighty. Hallelujah!

Once again, when it is your set time, nothing can stop it. Now is your time. At set time, God will always deliver you from obscurity to limelight, from sorrow to joy, and from breakdown to breakthrough. This is what my mentor and father in the Lord, Pastor Tunde BAKARE, has called FEARFUL BREAKTHROUGH. Yes, a breakthrough that would cause the ears of everyone that hears it to tingle (1 Samuel 3:11). Hallelujah! Listen friend, it is your hour of unprecedented breakthroughs in Jesus Mighty Name. For the Israelites, their breakthrough was deliverance from the land of captivity and affliction, to a land flowing with milk and honey. Therefore, your case will not be different. The Angel of the Lord is set to trouble the pool of Bethesda on your behalf (John 5:1-4). Yes, it is to your time of favour! For the time of refreshing and restoration of all things for you is Now (Acts 3:21). Like blind Bartimaeus, just position yourself accurately in God’s presence, and cry out aloud without restriction or inhibition – “Jesus, thou son of David – have mercy on Me”. Yes, the Lord will hear you and His blessings will not pass you by in Jesus Name (Mark 10:46-52). You’re Blessed. Have a Fantastic Week. With love, Elvis!
