Go Ye

Friends, greetings in Jesus Name! Today, I will be sharing with you what I title, “Go Ye”. Let me begin by saying that this is the week the Lord will do a “New Thing” in your life. The bible declares in Isaiah 43:18-19, “Do not remember the former things, nor consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing, now it shall spring forth; Shall you not know it? I will even make a road in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.” You see, God is capable to do anything in our lives far beyond what we could ever think or imagine. Yes, He has what it takes to turn your life around in split second. But his workings and dealings with us is predicated upon the actions we take in obedience to His call in our lives. Ezekiel 22:30 declares that “God is looking for a man.” To do what? To stand in the gap for Him upon the surface of the earth. Let me state categorically that the Almighty God has a need which He longs to be met by You. Much as people bombard heaven with prayer points for God to meet their needs, God also has a need which He longs for the sons and daughters of men to fulfill. As a matter of fact, I have come to realize that the real fulfillment of our needs can only be met upon keying into God’s redemptive plan for mankind.
In other words, one of the fastest ways to receive answers to your prayers is to become Kingdom Minded. Jesus said in Matt.6:33, “But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.” What does Jesus mean by “all these things shall be added”? It means the good things of life – good health, cars, houses, wealth, wholeness, and all the good things you could ever imagine. Yes, God knows that we have need of all these things (Matt.6:32), but He instructs us to first become “Kingdom Minded”. And what does it to be Kingdom Minded? It means to become mindful of what matters to God the most – the souls of men. While the Pharisees and the Scribes complained about Jesus eating and dining with sinners, Jesus replied by telling them the story of the lost sheep: “What man of you, having a hundred sheep, if he loses one of them, does not leave the ninety-nine in the wilderness, and go after the one which is lost until he finds it? And when he has found it, he lays it on his shoulders, rejoicing. And when he comes home, he calls together his friends and neighbors, saying to them: Rejoice with me, for I have found my sheep which was lost! I say to you that likewise there will be more joy in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine just persons who need no repentance” (Luke 15:4-7). Listen friend, there’s no greater joy in heaven than to see one sinner who repents and turn from his wicked ways.
For this reason, Jesus declares, “Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature” (Matt.16:15). Why? Souls are perishing every day. A life without Christ is in Crisis. Heaven is Real – and – Hell is Real. Every soul you see moving on the surface of the earth will one day end up in Heaven or Hell. The Almighty God declares, “When I say to the wicked, ‘You shall surely die, and you give him no warning, nor speak to warn the wicked from his wicked way, to save his life, that same wicked man shall die in his iniquity; but his blood I will require at your hand” (Ezekiel 3:18). If I may ask: When last did you tell someone about Jesus? When last did you put your God on display? Many believers today think that their being “born again” is for them only. No! It is to reach out and rescue souls that are on the path of death. “As surely as I live, declares the Sovereign LORD, I take no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but rather that they turn from their ways and live (Ezekiel 33:11). Jesus is coming soon! And God wants heaven populated and hell depopulated. He is counting on you and me to go conquer territories for His Kingdom. Hallelujah! Matthew 10:8 declares, “As you have freely received, freely give.”
Listen, God has blessed and freely given us all things that pertains to life and godliness (2 Peter 1:3). Yes, we’re blessed with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places (Ephesians 1:3). Hallelujah! That’s to say, we lack nothing. God has given you the power to tread upon serpent and scorpions and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you (Luke 10:19). Now, God wants you to arise and diffuse the fragrance of His knowledge, glory, and power in every place. For we are to God the fragrance of Christ among those who are being saved and among those who are perishing (2 Corinthians 2:14-16). As a believer in Christ, the greatest honour you can give to God is to be at His service for “rescue operation” of dying souls in your family, community, place of work, and your spheres of influence. Do not shut your mouth. You have Power and authority. Spread the Gospel with boldness (Acts 4:29-31). Hallelujah! Remember, “He that wins souls is wise” (Prov.11:30). Can you think of the opposite of this scripture? Your guess is as good as mine. Listen, when we seek first the kingdom of God by taking the initiative to “Go Ye”, every other thing will be added to us. In other words, all the material things of life that most people seek and die for, and yet do not have, will naturally come to you with ease. As God’s change agent here on earth, make it a top priority this week to witness Jesus to someone. When you do, you will become a wonder and amazement to your generation (Acts 3:1-10). As you obey the voice of God this day, I see you become a friend of God and operating on high level of divine revelation. Hallelujah! Have a Blessed and Fantastic Week. With love, Elvis!
